"My husband and I spent our honeymoon at the Sandals Royal Bahamian resort. I can't begin to say just how happy we were with the arrangements made by Crystal at Concorde Travel Service. The resort was absolutely beautiful! We were offered the best service that we ever experienced at a resort, and the food was just awesome! We couldn't have asked for a better way to spend our honeymoon. Would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a romantic couples trip!"

"Our trip was wonderful. The Riu Guanacaste in Costa Rica is an amazing resort. The people are very friendly and a lot of them speak English. The food was good - a huge variety. Off the resort, within walking distance along the beach, there is a place call "The Monkey Bar". If you go there in the mornings and evenings (feeding time) you will see a lot of monkeys up in the trees (10 to 30); you will see iguanas walking - it is like a nature walk. I noticed that the crowd at the Riu Palace Costa Rica is more of a mature crowd. The Riu Guanacaste is more family and children oriented. I spoke with people that were travelling with children and came by the Guanacaste to visit but were stay at the Palace and they would have preferred to stay at the Riu Guanacaste."

"We had a great trip and really enjoyed our time at the resort and in Jamaica. The wedding was beautiful and very special. When we arrived, the GM greeted us and surprised our group with an upgrade to Diamond Club. This was a very nice touch as it offered us some great advantages including the more private Diamond Club beach, a beautiful lounge with snacks and drinks, and more personalized service, which came in handy when any issues came up, such as phones not working in the rooms. The resort is beautiful, clean and modern - exactly what we were looking for. It wasn't too busy during our stay, which helped make the atmosphere relaxing and enjoyable. The rooms are very nice but small. The "ocean-view" rooms are not exactly Ocean-view. Most of the rooms are not facing the ocean directly. You can only see the water when you're out on the balcony from an angle. The Diamond Club beach was one of the highlights - It was quiet with plenty of lounge chairs available. The water was clear and beautiful. The Kids Club was another big advantage. We thought the staff was fantastic and they were great with the kids. We all enjoyed the visit to Dunn's River Falls. The tour was great and the driver was friendly and accommodating. We were so happy with him that we used his services on another day when Jamie and I went with our photographer to have photos taken. "The resort was beautiful and the food was great. It was Definitely a great location to have the wedding...The rooms in the hotel we're clean and spacious. Most of the staff were friendly. Room service was a bit slow but was ok. In regards to the excursion, I wasn't able to contact Colin Wilmot (the local tour company you recommended) as there was just too many things happening. (You were right, I should've listened to you about arranging the tours ahead of time. However, we we're able to do the Ocho Rios Highlight tour which my sister had arranged for me. A couple of things that I wasn't too happy about was finding out that there was a vendor fee for my cousin who took photos at my wedding. I advised them that I did not hire her as she was my cousin who will be taking photos. They advise me that since she is a professional photographer that vendor fee would still apply. This was an additional $500 US which was unexpected...Aside from those hiccups, I believe everyone had a great time. They have also done a great job with my hair and makeup. Ceremony was beautiful and just perfect! There was many things to do at the resort. The view and location was beautiful...I really appreciate all your help and your patience with helping us prep for the wedding! I definitely will recommend you to my friends and family.
